DataLifePlus DVD+R exceeds expectations for high quality recording and printing, data longevity and integrity. With up to 7 times the storage capacity of a CD-R, DVD+R is the recommended media for perfect results with digital content duplicating or publishing. DVD+R media is basically identical to its DVD-R cousin, with a few notable differences. DVD+R media is less susceptible to interference and error, which makes its ADIP system of tracking and speed control more accurate at higher speeds. DVD+R also has a more robust error management system allowing for more accurate burning. Last, additional session linking methods during recording (loss-less linking) are more accurate resulting in fewer damaged or unusable discs due to buffer under-run and multi-session discs with fewer PI/PO errors. All this adds up to slightly more efficient recording performance.
