UHS-II grade allows for higher performance than UHS-I grade: The UHS-II standard specifies increased bus speeds and a second row of pins in a package with the same dimensions as standard UHS-I products. The M-series UHS-II models are rated at read speed up to 260MB/s and write speed up to 100MB/s when used in pro/pro-sumer UHS-II compatible cameras and video recorders. In comparison, the UZ series UHS-I SD memory cards are rated for up to 95MB/s read and 90MB/s write speeds*.
